Shipping Rates Shipping rates apply only to items shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii are additional. Call 602.889.1281 for rate quotes. Items will be shipped FedEx or USPS.
Shipping Delivery Shipping Delivery Times in the USA are 5 to 7 business days. Our chandeliers and furniture ship via truck freight. Delivery times are the same. Express Shipping is available on most items. The cost of express shipping is an additional fee.
Alaska/Hawaii Orders Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent priority mail via USPS. The rate is higher than the rates calculated. PLEASE CALL FOR SHIPPING CHARGE. 3 to 4 days delivery can be expected with priority mail.
Furniture Delivery Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will deliver to the first dry location in the house or garage. The customer is responsible for goods once unloaded from truck. Drivers DO NOT help set up furniture or hang chandeliers.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if the delivery is refused. Both the freight charges and a restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers' refund should a customer refuse delivery or cancel their furniture order while it is in transit.
The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the delivery ticket. Once the customer signs the delivery ticket the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages. Returns
Refund Policy Damaged items- We will replace any damaged item at NO cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.
Not satisfied- If you are NOT satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our online store, we will refund your money excluding the shipping fees incurred to ship your package. Returns must be made within 14 days after merchandise has been received. A return aurthorization code must be obtained from us before the merchandise can be returned. This number must be written on the outside of the package for us to accept the return. The merchandise must be received back in good condition to receive a refund.
Canceled order- A 3% fee will be charged for any canceled order. The purpose of this fee is to recover bank charge fees related to the transaction. This fee does not apply to returned merchandise due to damage.
Customized orders- Any order we customize for you is considered final. We will NOT accept returns on this merchandise. Customer Service
